Toms River Water Damage From Sprinkler System

This property in Toms River had a large amount of water damage occur after the new sprinkler system got installed. The water from the system seeped through the cinder blocks and leaked into the crawl space. SERVPRO technicians found evidence of an on-going mold infestation that also needed remediation. The techs dried the interior space after extracting the water and then treated the exposed framework with antimicrobial cleaning agents and a sealant to inhibit any return of the mold. During the drying process in the crawl space, the techs monitored the process to ensure that the air moisture levels got lowered to unsustainable levels for mold spore germination and growth.
